It\u2019s not often your childhood heroes come to life on\u00a0Twitter<\/strong> and defend truth and justice in front of your eyes. But that\u2019s exactly what happ<\/a>ened this week for fans of\u00a0Xena: Warrior Princess<\/em>.<\/p>\n

For those who don\u2019t know,\u00a0Kevin Sorbo<\/strong>, star of Xena<\/em>\u2018s sister show\u00a0Hercules: The Legendary Journeys<\/em>, is one of a handful of celebs who love them some\u00a0Donald Trump<\/strong>. Between\u00a0Dean Cain<\/strong>,\u00a0Antonio Sabato Jr.<\/strong>, and\u00a0Scott Baio<\/strong>, the star power at those rallies has just been off the charts!<\/p>\n

Anyway, it\u2019s sad days for the Trump posse, who hitched their wagons to a high plains grifter and listened when he said he was the only one they could trust. Now they\u2019re now in the position of either admitting he lost the election\u2026 or thinking they\u2019re all fighting some kind of conspiracy involving every election board in the country, tons of Republican elected officials, and of course, well over half of American citizens. (You know, enough people to just vote and elect the other guy.)<\/p>\n

More awkward this week was seeing some of Trump\u2019s most ardent defenders trying to excuse the fact he incited an insurrection as he told his followers to march to the Capitol Building while Congress was certifying the election on Wednesday \u2014 and they did, breaking in and taking over the building, delaying the inevitable if only by a few hours.<\/p>\n

Five people died in the Capitol riots, including a police officer. An explosive device was reportedly found. The American flag was ripped down and replaced with one that said Trump.<\/p>\n

How do you defend your guy with those facts on the table? Easy. You flip the table. As they have before with school shootings, right wingers have been flogging a new conspiracy theory to tell themselves this never happened.<\/p>\n

In this case? They\u2019re erroneously claiming those weren\u2019t Trump supporters. They\u2019re saying they were BLM and Antifa activists posing<\/em> as Trump supporters to make Trump look bad.<\/p>\n

Seriously. This is what they\u2019re saying. Just look what Hercules tweeted on Wednesday:<\/p>\n
