Will Hulu give the series another try?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>As a network, Fox has made some questionable decisions. Usually, it ends up canceling shows that are good but don\u2019t have much engagement as thought. One show that succumbed to it was <em>Pitch<\/em>. The show began airing during the fall 2016 season and was eventually canceled the following year. It was a huge shock to fans as the show was unlike anything that had come before it but the tides could be turning.<\/p>\n<p>While Fox isn\u2019t going to bring the show back for a second season, it\u2019s now available to stream on Hulu. On Hulu, <em>Pitch<\/em> has a better chance of being seen by more eyes and thus attracting an entirely new audience. So much so that the creator Dan Fogelman gave it a shout-out on his <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> after the show was put on Hulu.<\/p>\n<p>The main question is if Hulu would give <em>Pitch<\/em> another chance? It\u2019s hard to give a straight answer, but it\u2019s very possible. A lot of popular shows either get a reboot or get revived in some way in comparison to the original. While it might take some time for Hulu to decide, it\u2019s definitely a possibility. Let\u2019s get into what Hulu would be getting if they decide to give <em>Pitch<\/em> a second-time at-bat.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"If_Hulu_revived_Pitch_theyd_get_a_lot_of_perks_and_tons_of_new_viewers\"><\/span>If Hulu revived Pitch, they\u2019d get a lot of perks and tons of new viewers<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Starting things off, <em>Pitch<\/em> had a stellar cast. The main character, Ginny Baker, was played by Kylie Bunbury who truly gave her all to the role. It was especially telling when she had to do the emotional scenes as Ginny. You could really see and feel her pain through the screen. Then there was Mark-Paul Gosselaar who played a veteran player on the team along with Ali Larter, Mark Consuelos, and Dan Lauria.<\/p>\n<p>As if the star-studded cast wasn\u2019t enough, <em>Pitch<\/em> dealt with some serious topics. Obviously, the entire premise is Ginny being the first woman in the male-dominated world of the MLB. We also see her time in the minors, which is tough. Ginny is also dealing with the grief of losing her father and her mother moving on. That\u2019s not to mention the intense pressure she feels to be successful as a pioneer for other female athletes.<\/p>\n<p>While the show focuses a lot on Ginny, we also get a lot of background into the side characters especially Mike Lawson. Additionally, Ginny\u2019s best friends, Blip and Evelyn, are married, adding an extra layer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a>. We basically get a front-row seat to their lives and it\u2019s intense. The show did a great job of dividing up the plotlines so nothing felt too overshadowed or like it was taking over too much of the plot.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately if Hulu decided to save <em>Pitch<\/em>, it would be a smart move. The show had such a dedicated fanbase that they\u2019d rush to Hulu for a revival. While it might not bring in monster numbers at first, proper marketing could fix the problem. The main issue with Fox was that the show fell to the wayside and wasn\u2019t a priority. If Hulu gave the show a second chance and made it a priority, the series could be a smash-hit.<\/p>\n<p>Hopefully, Hulu will decide to give <em>Pitch<\/em> another chance. If not, then it simply wasn\u2019t meant to be. Even if <em>Pitch<\/em> only ever has one season, the show was beloved by many and its impact continues to be felt. Considering how much buzz the show is still getting, Hulu could be missing out on a big opportunity if they didn\u2019t revive the series. Even if Hulu doesn\u2019t decide to revive\u00a0<em>Pitch<\/em>, the series will still live on.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do you think Hulu will revive <em>Pitch<\/em>?
