While they are said to have a prenuptial agreement, the couple\u2019s situation has vastly changed since their lavish wedding in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>According to an April Forbes story, Kanye\u2019s net worth has reportedly shot up from $100 million to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/zackomalleygreenburg\/2020\/04\/24\/kanye-west-is-now-officially-a-billionaireand-he-really-wants-the-world-to-know\/?sh=36b8a02f7b9e\">$1.3 billion<\/a>, thanks to his music and fashion careers. (Kanye claims the figure is more like $5 billion.) Kim has seen her fortune go from $40 million in 2014 to $780 million, with her shapewear and makeup brands on the rise.<\/p>\n<p>The prenup guarantees Kim $1 million for every year of marriage, according to previous reports. She also gets to keep any gifts Kanye gave her. On Jan. 5, Kim <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.etonline.com\/kim-kardashians-kkw-beauty-line-closes-200-million-deal-with-coty-158577\">finalized a deal with Coty Inc.<\/a>, selling a 20 percent stake of KKW for $200 million. But each camp could litigate for more time if they prove that a situation would be \u201cdetrimental to the kid,\u201d like if one parent will be away on tour for a year, said Gold.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dIf you file a divorce case in California, neither party can take the kids [out of state] without the other [parent\u2019s] permission,\u201d added lawyer Mannis. \u201cOftentimes, there\u2019s an argument about this in celebrity cases.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When both parents have extremely high incomes, negotiating child support can be particularly \u201cbizarre,\u201d he said. Not to be confused with her second, $4.5 million ring, which was stolen in a Paris heist.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, Page Six has reported, Kanye has gifted his wife with at least $350,000 in Cartier bracelets, \u00a0an Herm\u00e8s Birkin bag painted by artist George Condo \u2014 and another\u00a0painted by their daughter North \u2014 and a $1 million diamond choker. Though he had promised\u00a0an album in 2020, he then refused, claiming that his record contract was a form of \u201cmodern-day slavery.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/entertainment-arts-54188541\">documents he leaked<\/a>, Kanye was paid $11 million for 2013\u2019s \u201cYeezus\u201d and $6 million for 2016\u2019s \u201cThe Life of Pablo\u201d albums.<\/p>\n<p>His own label, G.O.O.D. He was approved to build a 52,000-square-foot home with underground garage, but denied a permit to build an amphitheater, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/12898b781fba43e093530b5e01f3af4e\">according to AP<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Kanye was at the ranch, recording his yet-to-be-released tenth album, when he unleashed his <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a> tirade against Kim and her family in July, prompting friends including Dave Chappelle to fly in and check on him.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, it\u2019s been reported that Kanye has mostly stayed at the ranch. He also owns a $15 million ranch in Greybull, Wyo., and a warehouse in Cody.
