{"id":153041,"date":"2021-01-13T01:54:42","date_gmt":"2021-01-12T22:54:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/doug-jensen-man-seen-chasing-capitol-hill-cop-charged-with-federal-crimes\/"},"modified":"2021-01-13T01:54:42","modified_gmt":"2021-01-12T22:54:42","slug":"doug-jensen-man-seen-chasing-capitol-hill-cop-charged-with-federal-crimes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/doug-jensen-man-seen-chasing-capitol-hill-cop-charged-with-federal-crimes\/","title":{"rendered":"#Doug Jensen, man seen chasing Capitol Hill cop, charged with federal crimes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong>#Doug Jensen, man seen chasing Capitol Hill cop, charged with federal crimes<\/strong>&#8221;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/01\/capitol-riot-doug-jensen-14.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>An Iowa man, accused of chasing after a Capitol police officer during the deadly pro-Trump riots last week, has been charged with federal crimes, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CGothnerKCCI\/status\/1349098436302397444\/photo\/2\">according to court documents<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Doug Jensen of Des Moines <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ears to be the man seen in videos posted to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a> leading a pack of Trump supporters chasing the cop up a flight of stairs. <\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/igorbobic\/status\/1346911809274478594\">In one video<\/a>, posted to Twitter by Huffington Post reporter Igor Bobic, Jensen can be seen wearing a black QAnon shirt and black cap as he ran after the cops through the Capitol halls, and eventually running into other police officers. <\/p>\n<p>The 41-year-old Jensen has been charged with six federal crimes including civil disorder, assaulting, resisting or impeding certain officers, entering and remaining in a restricted building, disorderly and disruptive conduct, violent entry and disorderly conduct, as well as parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol building. <\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, the FBI released dozens of photos of President Trump supporters who invaded the US Capitol during a protest on Wednesday, which killed five people, including a Capitol police officer and an Air Force veteran.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Sherwin, the U.S. attorney for the District of Columbia, said at a press conference Tuesday investigators have identified at least 170 people they believe have played a role in the insurrection.
