But there are some precautions you must take.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED:<\/strong> <strong><em>How to Install and Use Add-ins for Microsoft Office<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Freeware isn\u2019t known for its privacy or security. Pro Word Cloud\u2019s add-in capabilities include reading your document and sending data over the internet. If you\u2019re concerned about the confidentiality of your data, this may not be the best option for you. There are risks involved when using freeware as a quick and easy means to an end.<\/p>\n<p>Almost all freeware comes bundled with bloatware and, while most bloatware isn\u2019t malicious, that\u2019s not always the case. But even if the bloatware isn\u2019t malicious in itself, it does consume disk space which in turn can slow down your computer\u2014a price most aren\u2019t willing to pay for free software.<\/p>\n<p>While we didn\u2019t encounter any issues when using this free add-in, that doesn\u2019t mean you won\u2019t. Here, you can adjust certain settings such as your text font, color scheme, layout style, and case. You can also choose how many words will appear in the word cloud, as well as the size (in pixels) of the word cloud image.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, common words (such as \u201cand\u201d or \u201cif\u201d) are excluded from the word cloud by default.
