That\u2019s because Ulysses is a squirrel who just so h<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ens to have superpowes, and he\u2019s about to bring a little adventure and excitement into the life of a young girl obsessed with superheroes. Captain Marvel, Iron Man, Black Panther, and Ms. Marvel all appear in the comic books that Flora gets lost in. But not even Disney can bring the magic of those superheroes into her life, so she gets a superhero squirrel instead.<br \/>\n<!-- SlashFilm_300x250_In_Post -->The story of a superhero squirrel in a live-action\/computer animated hybrid family film sounds like it could be an insufferable prospect along the lines of <em>Alvin and the Chipmunks<\/em>. But this movie is also based on the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/dp\/0763687642\/?tag=film-20\">Newbery Award-winning book of the same name<\/a> by <strong>Kate DiCamillo<\/strong>, so we know the source material isn\u2019t just a bunch of slapstick bits, though there\u2019s clearly some solid visual gags with Ulysses pulling off superhero leaps and landings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Matilda Lawler<\/strong> stars as the other title character while <strong>Alyson Hannigan<\/strong> (<em>How I Met Your Mother<\/em>) plays Flora\u2019s mother, <strong>Danny Pudi<\/strong> (<em>Community<\/em>) plays an animal control specialist who seems to be on Ulysses\u2019 tail, and <strong>Ben Schwartz<\/strong> (<em>Parks and Recreation<\/em>) appears to be playing a boyfriend\/husband kind of character. The rest of the cast includes <strong>Anna Deavere Smith<\/strong>, <strong>Benjamin Evans Ainsworth<\/strong>, <strong>Janeane Garofolo<\/strong> and <strong>Kate <span class=\"itemprop\">Mi<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"itemprop\"><strong>cucci<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>Flora and Ulysses<\/em> is directed by <strong>Lena Khan<\/strong> (The Tiger Hunter) with a script by <strong>Brad Copeland <\/strong>(<em>Spies in Disguise<\/em>, <em>Ferdinand<\/em>).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Based on the Newbery Award-winning book, Flora &amp; Ulysses follows 10-year-old Flora, an avid comic book fan and a self-avowed cynic, whose parents have recently separated.
