A person fatally jumped from a luxury apartment building on the Upper East Side early Friday, authorities said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The victim plunged from the 14-story prewar building on Park Avenue near East 65th Street just after 5 a.m., cops said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The person, who was not immedia<\/a>tely identified, was pronounced dead on scene.\u00a0<\/p>\n
