The latest drop reinforced the assumption that Bitcoin would continue in this corridor, which has $30,000 as support and $40,000 as a rough ceiling.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;#Bitcoin\u00a0consolidating is very healthy for the market after the massive impulse move to $41,500,&#8221; Cointelegraph Markets analyst Micha\u00ebl van de Poppe\u00a0explained in a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">series<\/a> of <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CryptoMichNL\/status\/1350111506843709440\">tweets<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;#Bitcoin is <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>roaching a bounce area here as we rejected the crucial resistance around $40,000. Despite the gravity of this USD supply expansion, markets appeared to react favorably to the plans, leading DXY upwards at the expense of Bitcoin, to which it typically exhibits inverse correlation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Context: dollar is breaking out on multiple timeframes. quite a strong recovery at a multi-month support area. some argue this is bad for bitcoin, gold, and risk-on assets, hence the narrative,&#8221; Cointelegraph in-house analyst Joseph Young summarized.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2021-01\/3cd50563-8f48-4abb-9d20-099df9c10d63.png\"><figcaption style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>BTC\/USD (Bitstamp) vs. DXY (orange).
