{"id":156324,"date":"2021-01-15T18:12:22","date_gmt":"2021-01-15T15:12:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.buradabiliyorum.com\/apple-expected-to-ditch-touch-bar-in-2021-macbook-pro-models\/"},"modified":"2021-01-15T18:12:22","modified_gmt":"2021-01-15T15:12:22","slug":"apple-expected-to-ditch-touch-bar-in-2021-macbook-pro-models","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/apple-expected-to-ditch-touch-bar-in-2021-macbook-pro-models\/","title":{"rendered":"#Apple expected to ditch Touch Bar in 2021 MacBook Pro models"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;<strong>#<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App<\/a>le expected to ditch Touch Bar in 2021 MacBook Pro models<\/strong>&#8221;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/01\/TouchBar.jpg?quality=90&amp;strip=all\" \/><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Apple will ditch the \u201cTouch Bar\u201d on its next batch of MacBook Pro computers in favor of returning to physical keys, according to a reputable analyst. <\/p>\n<p>Ming-Chi Kuo of TFI Securities writes this week that the iPhone maker is calling it quits on the largely unloved feature after five years, as the long, thin, interactive video s<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a> atop MacBook Pro keyboards never became the revolutionary tool that Apple first pitched in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>But control keys aren\u2019t the only major change that Apple is making to its 2021 MacBook Pro line, according to a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.macrumors.com\/2021\/01\/15\/new-macbook-pro-models-magsafe-ports\/\">MacRumors<\/a> report.  <\/p>\n<p>The upcoming 14-inch and 16-inch laptops will see a design change that will scrap the curved edges that the computers have sported for the past 5 year in favor of a more flat-edged design like the new iPhone 12 family. <\/p>\n<p>They will also add more types of ports instead of the USB-C that they have been limited to in recent years, meaning that consumers won\u2019t have to buy pricey dongles to plug different wires and devices into their MacBook. <\/p>\n<p>Apple is also bringing back its MagSafe charging connector after ditching it when it introduced USB-C to MacBook\u2019s. In older MacBook models, MagSafe allowed chargers to quickly snap in and out of the computer using magnets.<\/p>\n<p>The new MacBook Pro models are expected to be released in mid-2021.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The Cupertino, Calif.-based gadget maker is also gearing up to give a major facelift to its iMac line, Bloomberg reports. The new desktop computers will feature Apple\u2019s powerful M1 chip, as well as receive a redesign that will see its thick black bezels slimmed and its backside flattened to be more like the\u00a0pricey XDR display\u00a0it released in 2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The redesign will be the first major change to the computers since 2012, and will be the biggest visual update to an Apple device this year, according to the report.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apple shares were mostly flat on Friday, trading down 0.1 percent at $128.70.\u00a0\n            <\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">If you liked the article, do not forget to share it with your friends.
