Matt James and Tyler Cameron have the ultimate Manhattan \u201cBachelor\u201d pad.<\/p>\n

The Bachelor Nation heartthrobs are roommates in a ritzy apartment at One Manhattan Square on the Lower East Side, a source exclusively told Page Six. <\/p>\n

We\u2019re told their two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner unit faces downtown toward the Financial District and also boasts river views.<\/p>\n

A similar unit in the building costs $1.96 million or rents for about $8,000 a month. <\/p>\n

A source confirmed to us that although James, 29, and Cameron, 27, app<\/a>ear as spokesmodels on One Manhattan Square\u2019s Instagram<\/a>, they still pay rent for the luxurious pad, though it is unclear how much.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey 100 percent do not live there for free,\u201d the source said. \u201cFrom my understanding, there is no quid pro quo on posting.\u201d<\/p>\n

One Manhattan Square has 800 residences, which range from one to three-bedrooms, and the building is shaped like a Z so almost \u201cevery unit has views.\u201d<\/p>\n

The building is also home to the largest private amenities space in the city, with over 100,000-square-feet featuring an indoor saltwater pool, a tranquility garden, a fitness center with sauna, and theater space.<\/p>\n

\u201cMatt and Tyler have been known to be on the basketball court a lot with other residents,\u201d a source shared.<\/p>\n

Cameron first moved into One Manhattan Square in the fall of 2019, and has been open about where lives on social media<\/a>. With him and James boasting close to 3 million followers combined, we\u2019re told there have been a few fans who have tried to catch a glimpse of the \u201cBachelor\u201d and \u201cBachelorette\u201d stars.<\/p>\n

\u201cNo one has definitely infiltrated the building, but there have been some fans who have walked on or discovered the building because of that,\u201d a source said.<\/p>\n

However, influencers with large followings are not out of the norm at One Manhattan Square. Celebrity trainer Isaac Boots<\/a> is also a resident there.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re told the residents don\u2019t seem to mind having a famous face around, and that Cameron, especially, is very well-liked because he has made himself a part of the building\u2019s community.<\/p>\n

\u201cDuring the pandemic, Tyler hosted a virtual gym class for the residents of the building,\u201d a source said. \u201cFrom my understanding, it\u2019s been a welcome to all the residents especially that he\u2019s so gracious with his time and hosted this class for residents, which I think was one of the highest-viewed classes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Page Six has learned that former \u201cBachelor\u201d Peter Weber, who just moved to New York following his split from Kelley Flanagan<\/a>, did not follow Cameron and James\u2019 footsteps into One Manhattan Square.<\/p>\n

However, there\u2019s a chance Cameron may be looking for a new roommate soon. James\u2019 season of \u201cThe Bachelor\u201d is currently airing on ABC, so it remains to be seen if he gets engaged and will give up his dreamy \u201cBachelor\u201d pad to move in with his new fianc\u00e9.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
