\u201cAfter collaborating with Vicarious Visions for some time and developing a great relationship, Blizzard realized there was an opportunity for [Vicarious Visions] to provide long-term support,\u201d an Activision Blizzard representative said.<\/p>\n
Activision Blizzard did not specify what the Albany, New York-based Vicarious Visions has been working on with Blizzard, or for how long.<\/p>\n

Vicarious Visions studio head Jena Oneal was also promoted to Blizzard executive vice president of development as part of the move. Simon Ebejer, previously the chief operating officer of Vicarious Visions, will take over Oneal\u2019s previous role.<\/p><\/div>\n
