\n Google Search is getting a new, lighter, bubblier design for mobile devices. It\u2019s rolling out \u201cin the coming days.\u201d Here\u2019s what it looks like:<\/p>\n

Some of the changes include:<\/p>\n

  • A brighter design that allows people to focus on information \u201cinstead of the design elements around it.\u201d<\/li>\n
  • Bolder text in search results, making it easier to distinguish between different types of information. This also includes using more of \u201cGoogle\u2019s own font.\u201d

  • Results are now edge-to-edge, rather than being framed in little cards with shadows. This gives results a little more room and eliminates some visual distraction<\/li>\n
  • Colors are used more purposefully, used to highlight certain types of information rather than distracting<\/li>\n
  • Everything is rounder for more of that Google-y vibe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
