href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ear to be more popular than they are is one of the most controversial and shadowy pitfalls of the streaming era.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            According to <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.musicbusinessworldwide.com\/record-industry-injunction-forces-website-to-stop-offering-fake-streams-in-germany\/\">Music Business Worldwide<\/a>, the matter was the focus of an injunction handed down today by the Regional Court of Frankfurt targeting Likeservice24.de \u2014 the website will no longer be allowed to sell fake streams of music content or any form of <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social media<\/a> engagement connected with the music.<\/p>\n<p>            IFPI, the music industry&#8217;s global lobbying arm, and its German branch BVMI celebrated the injunction. Frances Moore, IFPI&#8217;s Chief Executive, said: \u201cIFPI and its industry partners remain committed to tackling this harmful practice, which not only deprives artists, songwriters and other rights holders of their rightful compensation but also misleads music fans.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" style=\"padding-bottom: 20px; margin-top: 20px; text-align: left;\">\n<\/div>\n<p>            BVMI Chairman and CEO Dr. Florian Dr\u00fccke emphasized the responsibility of streaming platforms to stamp out the problem in his own statement. \u201cWhilst we don\u2019t know the specific steps that the streaming services themselves are taking on their platforms to directly prevent this activity, for our part, we are taking legal actions to ensure that the streaming market functions properly and without manipulation, which harms creators and their partners. <\/p>\n<p>            &#8220;Such manipulation,&#8221; Dr\u00fccke continued, &#8220;damages both the accuracy of royalty payments to music creators and the credibility of a key industry barometer, the charts.
