Tencent has acquired a minority stake in Life is Strange<\/em> and Vampyr<\/em> developer Dontnod Entertainment for \u20ac30 million, the developer announced<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n
As part of this investment, Tencent has an option to propose the app<\/a>ointment of a representative on the Dontnod Entertainment Board of Directors. The funds raised will mainly be used to finance the ramp-up of Dontnod Entertainment\u2019s strategy to develop new self-published intellectual properties worldwide on PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.<\/p>\n
Dontnod Entertainment also announced the signing of a business cooperation agreement with Tencent.<\/p>\n
