\nRebel Wilson<\/strong> has taken her fans through every step of her weight loss journey \u2014 the physical, emotional, psychological, everything.<\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t been following along, the comedienne named 2020 her \u201cYear of Health.\u201d She set a goal weight for herself and documented the progress on social media<\/a>, ultimately losing over 60 pounds. But again, it wasn\u2019t all about a number on the scale. It was also about learning to combat emotional eating and other \u201cunhealthy behaviors,\u201d and becoming healthy in mind, body, and spirit, all of which she\u2019s spoken about at length.<\/p>\n

Now that the official \u201cYear of Health\u201d is over, the Pitch Perfect<\/em> star is reflecting on the journey. During an appearance on Australian radio show The Morning Crew with Hughesy, Ed and Erin<\/em>, she shared some of the surprising results of her transformation.<\/p>\n

She explained:<\/p>\n

\u201cSometimes being bigger, people didn\u2019t necessarily look twice at you. Now that I\u2019m in good shape, people offer to carry my groceries to the car and hold doors open for you. \u2026 I\u2019m like, is this what other people experienced all the time?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Yup, there\u2019s definitely a BIG problem with how society treats people differently based on size.<\/p>\n
