Katherine Heigl is poised to make a Hollywood comeback \u2014 and she\u2019s leaving her Utah mansion behind.<\/p>\n

Denouncing the difficult-to-work-with rep<\/a> that tanked her popularity in the 2010s, Heigl, 42, is starring in the buzzy new Netflix series \u201cFirefly Lane\u201d<\/a> \u2014 and she\u2019s also asking almost $4 million for the 5,267-square-foot home in the mountain state.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The \u201cGrey\u2019s Anatomy\u201d alum and her 40-year-old husband, singer-songwriter Josh Kelley, app<\/a>ear to have left this four-bedroom, five-bathroom chateau on N. Maple Ridge Trail in Oakley, Utah, sometime in August or September 2020, Instagram photos show.<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n

The \u201c27 Dresses\u201d star\u2019s home, featuring a warm brick exterior, has a sprawling 15-acre estate with outdoor patios, a terraced stone garden, a gazebo<\/a> and a greenhouse, where Heigl has posted pictures of herself gardening.<\/p>\n

Heigl\u2019s Maple Ridge Ranch also includes a formal dining room, a great room<\/a> and a kitchen<\/a> with a breakfast nook.<\/p>\n

The home has high ceilings, stone fireplaces, balconies and a unique stained-glass window with images of wolves, according to listing photos.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The main-level owner\u2019s bedroom has a fireplace, a luxe bathroom with green onyx-like tile and a walk-in closet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Most notably, the mansion\u2019s huge windows expose sweeping views of the valley, mountains and striking sunsets in the distance.<\/p>\n

Heigl bought the property in 2007 for an unknown price. The house itself was built in 2008, according to Realtor.com, near the time she married her husband, with whom she shares three children \u2014 Naleigh, 12, Adalaide, 8, and Joshua, 4.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The actress opened up to The Washington Post in a recent interview<\/a>, saying that the anxiety she experienced after her son Joshua was born in 2016 made her feel like dying.<\/p>\n

\u201cI asked my mom and my husband to find me somewhere to go that could help me because I felt like I would rather be dead,\u201d the mother of three said. \u201cI didn\u2019t realize how much anxiety I was living with until I got so bad that I had to really seek help. You can do a lot of inner soul work, but I\u2019m a big fan of Zoloft.\u201d<\/p>\n

Heigl, whose net worth is estimated to be $30 million<\/a>, has starred in movies like \u201cThe Ugly Truth,\u201d \u201cKnocked Up\u201d and \u201c27 Dresses.\u201d Her last TV appearance was in 2019 when she appeared in Seasons 7 and 8 of USA network\u2019s \u201cSuits,\u201d but she seems to be re-emerging with two back-to-back projects coming next month.<\/p>\n
