And luckily, you can do all of that without an internet connection by downloading maps offline to your phone.<\/p>\n<p>This takes a little\u00a0forethought as you\u2019ll need to be online initially to save maps for offline access. Here\u2019s a <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/230648\/how-to-use-offline-google-maps-on-android-or-iphone\/\">quick guide on how to save your maps<\/a>.\u00a0Then later in your travels, tap your profile image at the top right of Google Maps and select the offline maps section to get started. Premium subscribers can save up to 10,000 songs.
