But one new-ish service seems to be rising above the rest.<\/p>\n<p>Despite only launching this past May, HBO Max has seemingly become every film and TV lover\u2019s must-have streaming sub<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>ion. What does this one have that the others don\u2019t?<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Deep_Bench_of_Movies\"><\/span><strong>A Deep Bench of Movies<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>HBO Max started off strong. Out of the gate it offered the entirety of the <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/anime-manga\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"6\" title=\"Anime || Manga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anime<\/a> powerhouse Studio Ghibli library (<em>Howl\u2019s Moving Castle<\/em>, <em>My Neighbor Totoro<\/em>), a large selection of DC films, and all the Turner Classic <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Movies<\/a> and Criterion Collection picks a cinephile could want.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, it&#8217;s expanded its selection with 2019 and early 2020 hits (such as <em>Birds of Prey<\/em>, <em>The Invisible Man<\/em>, <em>Emma<\/em>), including a number of Oscar nominees (think: <em>Ford v. Ferrari<\/em>, <em>Jojo Rabbit<\/em>, <em>Joker<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>This is a fraction of the quality films this streamer has, and finding a film there is quite different than scrolling through films on Netflix or Hulu, where most of the options are B-movies with some hits mixed in. And while Disney+ does have a large selection of films, they\u2019re exclusively family friendly.<\/p>\n<p>But there&#8217;s more: HBO Max\u2019s fancy new deal where Warner Bros sends the studio&#8217;s entire 2021 slate of films to the streamer on the same day they premiere in theaters (did you catch <em>Wonder Woman 1984<\/em> before it left on January 24?).<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Growing_TV_Library\"><\/span><strong>A Growing TV Library<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>HBO Max does not yet have as many TV shows as Hulu or Netflix, but it&#8217;s steadily amassing a treasure trove of long-running hits.<\/p>\n<p>The service did, however, launch with both <em>Friends<\/em> and all 12 seasons of the hit comedy <em>The Big Bang Theory<\/em> \u2014 the first time the entire series has been available to stream \u2014 and is now adding some more big hits, even stealing away fan favorites like <em>West Wing<\/em> and <em>Gossip Girl<\/em> from Netflix.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-large wp-image-704720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/18-WBSIP-5202-855x570.jpg\" alt=\"THE BIG BANG THEORY\" width=\"855\" height=\"570\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/18-WBSIP-5202-855x570.jpg 855w, https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/18-WBSIP-5202-293x195.jpg 293w, https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/18-WBSIP-5202-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/18-WBSIP-5202-234x155.jpg 234w, https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/18-WBSIP-5202-385x257.jpg 385w, https:\/\/www.tvinsider.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/18-WBSIP-5202.jpg 2028w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 855px) 100vw, 855px\"\/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"A_Number_of_Buzzy_Originals\"><\/span><strong>A Number of Buzzy Originals<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>When Disney+ launched, it really only had one big original series available, <em>The Mandalorian<\/em> , and it was slow-going until <em>WandaVision<\/em> came to Westview.<\/p>\n<p>But since May, HBO Max has had one hit after another.
