A group of four unruly fans were ejected from Monday night\u2019s game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Atlanta Hawks after a rowdy courtside argument with LeBron James.<\/p>\n

Referees were forced to halt the game in the fourth quarter to stop the conflict, which began when a woman app<\/a>eared to yell at the Lakers star for an extended period of time before being escorted out of the building. She was reportedly seen holding up both middle fingers as she left the court<\/a>, according to The Athletic\u2019s Chris Kirschner.<\/p>\n

Following the game, James tweeted, \u201cCourtside Karen was MAD MAD!!\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been less than a week since NBA fans have been allowed back in Atlanta\u2019s State Farm Arena, a fact that James remained happy about in his postgame press conference<\/a>, despite the incident.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt the end of the day I\u2019m happy fans are back in the building,\u201d he said. \u201cI miss that interaction. I need that interaction.\u201d<\/p>\n

He called the fight a \u201cback and forth between two grown men,\u201d and said he didn\u2019t think the fans\u2019 ejection was warranted.<\/p>\n

The woman who flipped James the bird, whose name appears to be Juliana Carlos according to her Instagram page, posted a series of profanity-filled videos<\/a> to her story while leaving the stadium.<\/p>\n

\u201cLet me tell you, LeBron James looked at my husband, during the game, and cussed him out,\u201d Carlos said.<\/p>\n

According to Carlos, she told James \u201cDon\u2019t f\u2014ing talk to my husband. Talk to my husband one more time and I will f\u2014 you up.\u201d<\/p>\n

The back-and-forth didn\u2019t appear to negatively affect James\u2019 gameplay \u2014 the Lakers\u2019 star hit a crucial 3-pointer down the stretch and finished the matchup with 21 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists.<\/p>\n

Atlanta has been allowing fans back in their stadium since January 26<\/a>. The organization also released a comprehensive safety plan, which included \u201cmandating face coverings\u201d and \u201climiting capacity to allow physical distancing.\u201d\n <\/div>\n
