She once surprised Jobs with an oatmeal raisin cookie \u2014 \u201ca gourmet one from Whole Foods\u201d \u2014 with his lunch as a nice gesture. \u201cI found it later in his garbage,\u201d she said. \u201cMy healthy was Steve\u2019s garbage.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Instead of desserts, the notoriously demanding Jobs required a steady stream of fruits and vegetables \u2014 so much so that they even inspired his tech company\u2019s uncommon name. \u201cHe loved avocados and apples,\u201d as well as unfussy sushi rolls, to power him through 10-hour days at Apple\u2019s Cupertino, California, headquarters, according to his former body woman. \u201cI got him avocado rolls almost every day. He kept it vegetarian and super light.\u201d And yes, he skipped the soy sauce, ginger and wasabi.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s been nearly a decade since Steve Jobs\u2019 death at age 56 from a rare form of pancreatic cancer, but according to 43-year-old Beheshti, author of the new book, \u201c<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Pause-Breathe-Choose-Become-Well-Being\/dp\/1608687236?tag=nypost-20\">Pause. Breathe. Choose: Become the CEO of Your Well-Being<\/a>\u201d (New World Library), tech CEOs and start-up bros are still eager to emulate his unconventional habits.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is their guru,\u201d said Beheshti, who assisted Jobs for about a year in 2000 after graduating from college, and who now owns her own consulting firm where she coaches clients on integrating wellness practices \u2014 think mindfulness and yoga-inspired breathing \u2014 into their businesses from her Lower East Side apartment. <\/p>\n<p>The Pixar mastermind and CEO was known to explore alt-lifestyles \u2014 Jobs <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Walking barefoot \u2014 <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2018\/05\/08\/how-steve-jobs-odd-habit-can-help-you-brainstorm-ideas.html\">as was preferred<\/a> by the tech titan, according to Walter Isaacson\u2019s biography of him \u2014 is optional. <\/p>\n<p>According to Beheshti, meditation was another key to Jobs\u2019 success. \u201cHe meditated every morning for 15 minutes,\u201d she said, calling the daily practice \u201chuge for him.\u201d  Another far-out practice of the tech leader: psychedelics.
