Embracer Group has entered into a merger with the Easybrain<\/a> in a transaction set to close in app<\/a>roximately two months, the company announced<\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n
Post-closing, Easybrain will become the eighth operating group of Embracer Group, and Easybrain senior management Peter Skoromnyi, Matvey Timoshenko, and Oleg Grushevich will become the third largest shareholder in Embracer Group.<\/p>\n
Easybrain is a leading mobile game developer with a core focus on advertising-based puzzle and logic games. Its titles have more than 750 million installs to date and 12 million daily active users across 15 live games.<\/p>\n
