\u201cSouthern Charm\u201d star Madison LeCroy has broken her silence on her alleged relationship with Alex Rodriguez<\/a> \u2014 exclusively telling Page Six that she and the ex-MLB star have never met in person, and only spoken on the phone.<\/p>\n

Rumors bubbled<\/a> among LeCroy\u2019s friends that she\u2019d had \u201can affair\u201d with the slugger \u2014 and they exploded into the public eye after Bravo\u2019s Andy Cohen mentioned during a \u201cSouthern Charm\u201d reunion show, \u201ca very famous\u2026 ex-MLB player.\u201d<\/p>\n

But LeCroy told us on Wednesday that she and A-Rod have \u201cnever met up.\u201d<\/p>\n

She clarified they\u2019ve \u201cspoken on the phone.\u201d \u201cThat\u2019s the truth,\u201d she said, adding they\u2019ve \u201cnever been physical\u2026 never had any kind of anything. Just an acquaintance.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Bravo star revealed, \u201cHe\u2019s never physically cheated on his fianc\u00e9e with me,\u201d and added that she\u2019s \u201ctalked to him randomly, but not consistent.\u201d She did not reveal the content of the calls but said it was \u201cinnocent.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

LeCroy did not specify when the alleged calls took place. But she said that the rumors took off because, \u201cit was like a game<\/a> of telephone,\u201d in her social<\/a> circle, and, \u201cI told the wrong person,\u201d that she\u2019d been in contact with A-Rod.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll this stuff was a year\u00a0ago [but] it\u2019s being aired now,\u201d she said, after the allegations came out on the reunion show.<\/p>\n

Moderator Cohen said on the show he was trying to get to the bottom of a rumor about LeCroy and a person whose name was bleeped. Cohen then said instead, \u201cI should say, a very famous, married ex-MLB player.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rodriguez is not married \u2014 but is engaged to pop superstar Jennifer Lopez. <\/p>\n

LeCroy told Page Six that the bleeped-out name on the reunion show was indeed A-Rod\u2019s \u2014 but added that she, \u201ctold them they couldn\u2019t use that.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know what to do,\u201d a distraught-sounding LeCroy told us on Wednesday. \u201cI have\u00a0tried to be as quiet as possible. I don\u2019t want anything bad for his family, or for mine. We are definitely\u00a0innocent in this.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sources close to A-Rod have said that he and LeCroy had never met<\/a>. <\/p>\n

An insider further told Page Six, \u201cAlex and Jennifer are very happ<\/a>y. They\u2019re together and building a house in Miami Beach.\u201d The source said they\u2019ve been inseparable during the pandemic, and that on Wednesday they were seen driving around Coral Gables, Fla., in a red convertible. <\/p>\n

Meantime, LeCroy\u2019s \u201cSouthern Charm\u201d co-star Danni Baird alleged on the\u00a0\u201cReality Life With Kate Casey\u201d podcast\u00a0<\/a>that LeCroy previously admitted connecting with Rodriguez on FaceTime. \u201cMonths before [the show\u2019s reunion special], I had heard \u2026 [LeCroy] had told me they were FaceTiming or something,\u201d Baird alleged on the podcast. \u201cI never asked more about it, or anything like that. I just didn\u2019t tie in that he was a Major League Baseball player.\u201d<\/p>\n

On the reunion special, LeCroy said, without naming A-Rod, that she\u2019d communicated on Instagram with a baseball player who reached out to her, but denied that she \u201cflew to Miami\u201d to hook up with him, as her cast member Craig Conover suggested.<\/p>\n

She told Cohen at the time: \u201cHe contacted me, and yes, we DMed, but other than that there was nothing \u2026 I\u2019ve never seen him [or] touched him,\u201d she told Cohen.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
