Secretary of State Antony Blinken\u2019s recent rebukes of China give hope that the Biden administration recognizes the truth about this vicious regime.<\/p>\n

On NBC\u2019s \u201cToday,\u201d Blinken called Beijing\u2019s coronavirus coverup a \u201cprofound problem\u201d that continues \u201ceven today,\u201d accusing the Communist country of failing to live up to international obligations since the first cases popped up in 2019.<\/p>\n

Before that, he said during confirmation hearings that China\u2019s mass detention of Uighur Muslims qualifies as \u201cgenocide.\u201d He even admitted that Team Trump was right to take a tougher stance against China.<\/p>\n

Beijing is already whining that these words amount to \u201cinterfering in its domestic affairs and undermining its interests.\u201d<\/p>\n

The good news<\/a> is that the Bidenites have also offered more than words, by rushing a US Navy group to support Taiwan during the mainland\u2019s latest effort to intimidate the free, democratic island nation.<\/p>\n

We look forward to seeing what toughness they offer in addressing Beijing\u2019s other horrific abuses.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
