But in recent years, Odenkirk has proven that he\u2019s a great dramatic actor, primarily through his fantastic work on\u00a0<em>Better Call Saul<\/em>. Now, Odenkirk is ready to try something new: action star. The actor gets to kick some ass and kill some bad guys in\u00a0<em>Nobody<\/em>, a film from director <strong>Ilya Naishuller<\/strong> (<em>Hardcore Henry<\/em>) and writer Derek Kolstad (<em>John Wick<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s a synopsis:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Bob Odenkirk (<em>Better Call Saul<\/em>, <em>The Post<\/em>, <em>Nebraska<\/em>) stars as Hutch Mansell, an underestimated and overlooked dad and husband, taking life\u2019s indignities on the chin and never pushing back. A nobody. When two thieves break into his suburban home one night, Hutch declines to defend himself or his family, hoping to prevent serious violence. His teenage son, Blake (<strong>Gage Munroe<\/strong>,<em> The Shack<\/em>), is dis<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ointed in him and his wife, Becca (<strong>Connie Nielsen<\/strong>, <em>Wonder Woman<\/em>), seems to pull only further away. The aftermath of the incident strikes a match to Hutch\u2019s long-simmering rage, triggering dormant instincts and propelling him on a brutal path that will surface dark secrets and lethal skills. In a barrage of fists, gunfire and squealing tires, Hutch must save his family from a dangerous adversary (famed Russian actor <strong>Alexey Serebryakov<\/strong>, Amazon\u2019s <em>McMafia<\/em>)\u2014and ensure that he will never be underestimated as a nobody again.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>I\u2019m sure some people will scoff at the idea of Odenkirk in an action movie, but I\u2019m all-in on this. That said, I do wish the premise was a little more original \u2013 the \u201cviolent guy who gets violent again when his past catches up to him\u201d has been used in several films, most notably David Cronenberg\u2019s\u00a0<em>A History of Violence<\/em>. Still, while this may not be the most groundbreaking of films, it looks like it\u2019s going to be a lot of fun. Also: <strong>Christopher Lloyd<\/strong> is part of the cast!
