The \u201cBlinding Lights\u201d singer, who shocked fans purely by showing up at Raymond James Stadium with a completely normal-looking face, said before the show he would be using the whole<\/em> field<\/a> during his performance. <\/p>\n

And while the finale did have him dancing goal-post-to-goal-post with an army of bandaged-up lookalikes, it was the labyrinth-like scene that really captured social media\u2019s attention \u2014 thus giving the Super Bowl its official 2021 meme moment. <\/p>\n

Jokes ensued of The Weeknd, 30, appearing to get lost in the tunnel \u2014 admittedly part of his bit, but perhaps too earnest for the likes of Twitter. <\/p>\n
