Moeller-Maersk and other corporates, while U.S. equity futures rose.<\/p>\n<p> The Stoxx Europe 600 index<br \/>\n        SXXP,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210599654\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+0.20%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       rose 0.3% to 411 after a modest decline on Tuesday. Asian stocks had a robust session, with the China CSI 300 index<br \/>\n        000300,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210598128\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+2.14%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       surging 2% ahead of the start of the China Lunar New Year holiday. <\/p>\n<div class=\"paywall\">\n       On firmer footing were U.S. stock futures<br \/>\n        ES00,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209948968\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+0.35%<\/bg-quote><\/p>\n<p>        YM00,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210407078\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+0.28%<\/bg-quote><\/p>\n<p>        NQ00,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210219788\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+0.50%<\/bg-quote><span>,<\/span><br \/>\n       which pointed to a higher start for Wall Street following a lackluster session that saw the S&amp;P 500<br \/>\n        SPX,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210599714\/realtime\" class=\"negative\">-0.11%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       and Dow industrials<br \/>\n        DJIA,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210598065\/realtime\" class=\"negative\">-0.03%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       each snap six-session winning streaks. The Nasdaq Composite<br \/>\n        COMP,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/210598365\/realtime\" class=\"positive\">+0.14%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       eked out its 10th record close.  <\/p>\n<p>Investors are waiting for U.S. consumer prices data for January, with a speech coming as well from Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell on the labor market. Data from Europe showed French industrial production falling for a second straight month in December, halting the recovery from the COVID-19-driven drop.<\/p>\n<p>Among European stocks on the move, shares of Adyen<br \/>\n        ADYEN,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/205351021\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+10.39%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       led the Stoxx 600 gainers with a nearly 10% gain after the Dutch paints company reported higher net profit for the second half of 2020 and lifted its long-term earnings margin target.<\/p>\n<p>Also near the top of the gainers list, shares of Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale<br \/>\n        GLE,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/206663756\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+2.63%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       rose around 3% after the French bank said it would launch a buyback in the fourth quarter, after net profit for the final quarter of 2020 fell less than expected and it also met guidance for 2020. <\/p>\n<p>Shares of Smurfit K<a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>a<br \/>\n        SKG,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/201317005\/delayed\" class=\"positive\">+1.02%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       rose over 3% after the paper-based packaging group reported higher pretax profit and lifted its final dividend.<\/p>\n<p>On the downside, shares of A.P. Moeller-Maersk<br \/>\n        MAERSK.B,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/202892434\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-8.35%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       tumbled over 6%. The Danish shipping giant reported surging demand in the fourth quarter and spiking freight rates spiked due to bottlenecks across its supply chain that includes a lack of ships and containers.<\/p>\n<p>Shares of Heineken<br \/>\n        HEIA,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/205347870\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-1.24%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       fell more than 2% after the Dutch brewer said it swung to a loss for 2020 due to pandemic effects, but laid out a target to restore its adjusted operating profit margin to around 17% by 2023. Heineken also said it expects improving market conditions in the second half of this year.<\/p>\n<p>Dutch lender ABN Amro<br \/>\n        ABN,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/209088556\/delayed\" class=\"negative\">-3.74%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       reported a sharp fall in fourth-quarter net profit for the fourth quarter due to COVID-19.
