A \u201cMarried At First Sight\u201d contestant revealed to his new wife that his ex is pregnant. <\/p>\n

On Wednesday night\u2019s episode of the long-running Lifetime reality show, husband Chris Williams dropped a bomb on his wife of three days, Paige. This is the first time something like this has happ<\/a>ened in the 12 seasons the show has aired. <\/p>\n

\u201cI got a lot of s\u2013t going on, I found out some information this morning it is, I won\u2019t say devestating but it\u2019s something I have to deal with,\u201d Chris, 27, told Paige, 25, over breakfast, refusing to divulge details of his secret. <\/p>\n

The baby daddy has proved to be a controversial cast member from the season premiere. He stated that he wants a \u201csubmissive\u201d wife and that he had been engaged to another woman only three months before taking part in the social<\/a> experiment. <\/p>\n

After being matched by relationship experts and meeting for the first time at their wedding, Paige and Chris, and four other Atlanta-based couples, flew to Las Vegas for a honeymoon. It\u2019s been a bumpy road for them: The couple had sex twice on their wedding night, though Chris later told Paige he wasn\u2019t attracted to her. <\/p>\n

In a dramatic scene, Chris and Paige separated. She tried to get producers to tell her what\u2019s going on, while others behind the scenes with Chris forced him to fess up. \u201cIt\u2019s going to affect your marriage,\u201d they encouraged him.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou\u2019re making me sick to my stomach,\u201d Paige, an accountant, told Chris, before he finally copped to it. <\/p>\n

Chris and Paige entered the bathroom without a camera and ran the bathtub. Chris told her to turn her microphone off, as cameras recorded the door. The audience couldn\u2019t hear what was said, but Paige was devastated. <\/p>\n

Later, both Paige and Chris separately confided in other spouses on the trip<\/a>. \u201cSomething isn\u2019t adding up,\u201d Paige told Briana, struggling to put together when her husband\u2019s former engagement ended. \u201cI really feel like I got the short end of the stick. I don\u2019t know how much more I can handle.\u201d <\/p>\n

Chris told Vincent that though he and his ex broke up in May, that wasn\u2019t the last time they had sex. The ex had known about the coming baby for a few weeks before calling Chris with the news<\/a>. The \u201cMAFS\u201d couples wed in August of 2020. <\/p>\n

Over dinner, Chris told Paige that the former fianc\u00e9e is six weeks along, and didn\u2019t know that Chris got married. \u201cI\u2019m still trying to figure out what I want to do at this point,\u201d Paige said. If today was decision day, when the couples decide if they will stay together or not, she would walk away. But trusting that God wouldn\u2019t throw something at her that she couldn\u2019t handle, Paige decided to stay with Chris through this time. <\/p>\n

But that\u2019s not the end of the saga \u2014 in a promo for next week\u2019s episode, Chris told Paige he\u2019s thought about getting back together with his ex because \u201che still loves her.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cMarried at First Sight\u201d airs on Liftime Wednesdays at 8 p.m. EST. <\/em>\n <\/div>\n
