\u201cThe Real Housewives of New Jersey\u201d star Teresa Giudice has purchased a table-flipping $3.35 million \u201cinvestment property\u201d with her new 46-year-old boyfriend, Luis \u201cLouie\u201d Ruelas, who reportedly funded the purchase. <\/p>\n

The couple\u2019s \u201cClarence Manor\u201d purchase is a \u201cbusiness\u201d investment \u2014 not their new love nest, TMZ reported<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Giudice will be the property manager of the Montville home, which is only three doors down from the house the 48-year-old \u201cRHONJ\u201d star shared with her ex-husband, Joe Giudice, 48.<\/p>\n

Now, the reality television star has a new relationship with Digital Media Solutions co-founder <\/a>Ruelas. Giudice and her chiseled new beau\u00a0began dating in November<\/a> after her divorce from Joe was finalized<\/a> in September.<\/p>\n

The new couple have been having a blast together, going skiing<\/a> and strip<\/a>ping down to hit the beach<\/a>. Giudice has gushed<\/a> that Ruelas is \u201cthe best thing to come out of 2020\u201d on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Giudice recently tried to sell the nearby Montville home she shared with her ex-husband, The Post previously reported, but it is unclear if she has pulled it off the market.<\/p>\n

The new season of \u201cRHONJ\u201d will begin airing Wednesday and will feature Giudice\u2019s journey to sell her house and \u201ccreate a new life\u201d for herself and her four daughters \u2014 Gia, 19, Gabriella, 16, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 11 \u2014 according to\u00a0Bravo<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Giudice and her \u201cJuicy Joe\u201d ex \u2014 who is shopping his own dating show \u2014 raised their four kids in the home until 2015, when the couple was convicted and ultimately jailed<\/a> for fraud, which led to Joe\u2019s deportation to Italy and the end of their marriage, Page Six<\/a> previously reported.<\/p>\n

Coldwell Banker broker Joshua Baris represented both sides of the deal but declined to comment.\u00a0<\/p>\n
