Christine Baranski is listing her apartment on East 74th for $1.39 million. <\/p>\n

The Tony- and Emmy Award-winning actress is best known for her role as Diane Lockhart in \u201cThe Good Wife\u201d and its current spin off, \u201cThe Good Fight,\u201d and also for playing Dr. Beverly Hofstadter in The Big Bang Theory.<\/p>\n

She loves the nine-story building \u2014 where Jackie Kennedy Onassis grew up \u2014 so much that, as we reported exclusively, she bought a bigger, $2.2 million duplex there last December. <\/p>\n

The elegant co-op is just off of Park Ave. on E. 74th. <\/p>\n

It was built in 1928, designed by architect Lafayette A. Goldstone, who also created 640 Park Ave. and 730 Park Ave. <\/p>\n

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment opens to an entrance gallery that leads to a living room with a woodburning fireplace, high-beamed ceilings, hardwood floors and custom built-in bookshelves. <\/p>\n

There\u2019s also an open dining room, a chef\u2019s kitchen and a main bedroom with three large windows overlooking the treetops, seven closets and a windowed en suite marble bath.<\/p>\n

The second bedroom also has an en suite marble bathroom. Baranski bought the co-op for $1.27 million in 2004, according to property records<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Building amenities include a garden, a gym, bike room, storage room and laundry room. <\/p>\n

The charming, Upper East Side building is also near a townhouse with a pool at 17 E. 74th St. that Sandi Feinberg, dubbed the \u201csexy grandma,\u201d 76, just listed for $18 million, as we reported exclusively. <\/p>\n
