There\u2019s Billionaires\u2019 Row in the heart of midtown Manhattan \u2014 and then there\u2019s Billionaire\u2019s Dirt Road<\/a>, a hidden retreat in Westchester\u2019s North Salem. <\/p>\n

Now, Pamela Slater \u2014 the widow of Mitch Slater, a concert industry promotion trailblazer who died last year after an extended illness at age 59<\/a> \u2014\u00a0is listing her \u201cdirt road\u201d home here for $8.99 million.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mitch Slater was known as \u201cone of the architects of the modern concert era\u201d and his brother Andrew was formerly the CEO of Capitol Records,\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 12,655-square-foot Colonial-style mansion, on Vail Lane, was built in 2006, and sits on 10.48 acres. <\/p>\n

The estate is \u201ca fine place\u201d for \u201cretired show horses,\u00a0or rescue horses,\u00a0mini donkeys, alpacas, or goats,\u201d\u00a0a spokeswoman for the property said. <\/p>\n

The home, which was designed by architect Tasos Kokoris, with interior designs by Eric Cohler, comes with a maple tree-lined driveway. It features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and five powder rooms. <\/p>\n

Anchored by a spiral staircase lit by window walls, the residence boasts a living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, an eat-in chef\u2019s kitchen with a butler\u2019s pantry, a study with a fireplace, a circular library, a gym and a guest wing. <\/p>\n

The main suite comes with a walk-in closet and leads to an outdoor deck. The landscaped grounds feature\u00a0an infinity pool.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Neighbors include Larry Fink, founder, chairman and CEO of BlackRock, who owns Finch Farm \u2014 once owned by the actor Stanley Tucci until 2004 \u2014 also on Vail Lane. <\/p>\n

After another neighbor \u2014 philanthropist Ronald Stanton<\/a>, founder of petrochemicals giant Trammo \u2014 died in 2016, a group of billionaires including JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon, Fink and financier Steve Rattner, bought 371 acres of Stanton\u2019s land to keep it from being developed. <\/p>\n

The land, which serves as a preserve for endangered bobolink birds, is also open to use by the North Salem Bridle Trails Association. <\/p>\n

Other neighbors include Georgina Bloomberg, daughter of former New York mayor Mike Bloomberg, who has a horse farm here known as Gotham North \u2014 with stone walls built by circus elephants once owned by the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus in the 19th century.<\/p>\n

Former neighbors include the late social<\/a>ite Lois Colley whose former mansion sits on 300 acres. Her widow is Eugene Colley, a McDonald\u2019s franchise kingpin. Their playboy son Bruce was best known for breaking up Gov.. Cuomo\u2019s marriage to Kerry Kennedy.\u00a0 <\/p>\n

Slater\u2019s home is listed with Ellen Schwartz and Heather Harrison, of Compass.\u00a0\n <\/p><\/div>\n
