\nWe knew\u00a0Rob Kardashian<\/strong> was living a very good life, but who knew things were\u00a0this<\/em> good for the reality TV star that he could put up a baseball card for auction and make big money in return?!<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Keeping Up With The Kardashians<\/em> star is reportedly putting his extremely rare\u00a0Honus Wagner<\/strong> autographed baseball card up for auction. That\u2019s huge news<\/a> in the memorabilia world, because the card is autographed by Wagner \u2014 one of very, very few known signed cards of his still in existence \u2014 and thus, it could fetch big money!<\/p>\n

So this all started back in November when Rob picked up a pack of\u00a02020 Topps Dynasty<\/strong> baseball cards from the\u00a0Bullpen Card Shop<\/strong> down in Los Angeles. At the time, the unopened pack cost $750 \u2014 which would\u2019ve been a\u00a0lot<\/em> to spend on some baseball cards, to put it mildly!<\/p>\n

But as they opened the pack at the store to see what Rob had procured with his purchase, the clear extent of it was amazing: a 1-of-1 \u201cauthentic cut signature\u201d autographed card of Honus Wagner.<\/p>\n

For the uninitiated, Wagner played shortstop for the\u00a0Pittsburgh Pirates<\/strong> at the turn of the\u00a0last<\/em> century (yes, like, 120 years ago). He is considered by many historians today to be the best shortstop and one of the best baseball players of all time. He died in 1955; his authentic signature on baseball cards is very, very rare and when you combine that with his importance to the history of the game<\/a>, well, here you are!<\/p>\n

At the time, it was unclear whether Rob was going to keep the card for his own collection or sell it; he loves to collect cards, and obviously, being a member of the Kardashian family, he\u2019s rollin\u2019 in dough, so it\u2019s not like he needs the money. But today, according to\u00a0TMZ<\/em>, it app<\/a>ears as though Rob has put the card up on the auction block!<\/p>\n

Per the media<\/a> outlet, the reality TV star hit up the people at\u00a0Goldin Auctions\u00a0<\/strong>in SoCal to broker the deal. They tell the outlet that they are expecting to sell the card for at\u00a0least<\/em> $50,000 by the time the bidding ends on March 7th. FIFTY GRAND!!!<\/p>\n

Not that he needs the money like most of us \u2014 we\u2019d take that Fifty Grand if you didn\u2019t have any use for it, Rob! Ha! \u2014 but that\u2019s still a HUGE chunk of change for a baseball card! The memorabilia world is crazy!<\/p>\n

Like we said, we knew Rob was living particularly well lately as far as his daughter\u2019s life and his own health have been concerned. Good to see he\u2019s making good business decisions, as well \u2014 not to mention enjoying a bit of good luck, too! What a life!<\/p>\n
