The action-horror pic marks <strong>Zack Snyder<\/strong>\u2018s first return to the world of zombie <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/watch-movies-tv-seriess\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"8\" title=\"Watch Movies &amp; TV Series\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">movies<\/a> since his feature debut, 2004\u2019s\u00a0<em>Dawn of the Dead<\/em> remake. Against all odds, that remake was pretty damn good, so here\u2019s hoping Snyder has another entertaining zombie flick under his belt. In\u00a0<em>Army of the Dead<\/em>, a team of mercenaries attempts to pull off a heist in the midst of a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas. There\u2019s an <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/anime-manga\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"6\" title=\"Anime || Manga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">anime<\/a>-style television series in development called\u00a0<strong><em>Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas<\/em><\/strong> which follows some of the characters from<em> Army of the Dead<\/em> during the early phases of the zombie outbreak. And then there\u2019s a prequel movie \u2013 currently called\u00a0<em><strong>Army of the Dead: The Prequel<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 that\u2019s being directed by\u00a0<em>Army of the Dead<\/em> star\u00a0Matthias Schweigh\u00f6fer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith\u00a0<em>Dawn [of the Dead],<\/em>\u00a0we made a zombie movie but tried to do it all the way with all of those tropes of the genre,\u201d Snyder told <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ew.com\/movies\/zack-snyder-army-of-the-dead-netflix\/\">EW<\/a>. \u201cThat was so fun, so I started to think of what were other genres that story didn\u2019t have room for. It\u2019s this tone where you have fun with the genre but you don\u2019t make fun of the genre \u2014 it\u2019s a fine line.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the filmmaker, he originally brought the idea for\u00a0<em>Army of the Dead<\/em> to Warner Bros. But the studio didn\u2019t show much interest, and the project might have died were it not for Netflix. \u201cWe were in a meeting at Netflix and I was talking about some of these <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">script<\/a>s I was working on,\u201d Snyder said. \u201cAnd I mentioned the idea to [Netflix head of original films Scott Stuber] and he was like, \u2018That is the movie!
