Former President Donald Trump is working on how his \u201cAmerica First\u201d agenda will move forward, his former chief of staff revealed, adding that they are \u201cplanning for the next administration.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking to Fox News<\/a>\u2018 \u201cHannity\u201d Thursday evening, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows made the remarks after being asked about the ex-president\u2019s big return to the national stage this weekend at the Conservative Political Action Conference. <\/p>\n

\u201cWell you\u2019re going to see a speech on Sunday that talks about not only the beginning, but what the future may look like, and I\u2019m excited about it,\u201d the former House Freedom Caucus chairman told the network.<\/p>\n

\u201cI spoke to President Trump last night for a fairly lengthy conversation where [we] we\u2019re talking about America, where it needs to go, continuing the America first agenda,\u201d Meadows continued, \u201cBut more importantly than that, how this President \u2014 Biden \u2014 has undermined that particular policy within days. And we see it.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat we will see on Sunday is we will see the start of planning for the next administration. And I can tell you, the people that are at the top of that list, all of them have Trump as their last name.\u201d<\/p>\n

In his keynote speech at the conservative conference this Sunday, the 45th commander-in-chief is expected to declare himself the \u201cpresumptive 2024 nominee.\u201d <\/p>\n

Speaking to Axios, senior Trump adviser Jason Miller said the former president plans to remain a force in the Republican party.<\/p>\n

\u201cTrump effectively is the Republican Party. The only chasm is between Beltway insiders and grassroots Republicans around the country. When you attack President Trump, you\u2019re attacking the Republican grassroots,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

T\u200brump is also expected take aim at the \u200b10 House Republicans who voted to convict him in his impeachment trial and the seven GOP Senators who voted with Democrats to convict him.\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n

A poll released over the weekend shows that 46 percent of Republican voters said they would leave the party if Trump decides to create his own.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
