“#How to Automatically Share Your Instagram Stories and Posts on Facebook<\/a>”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Facebook and Instagram are more in sync than ever. One of the perks of this integration is that you can cross-share your Instagram stories and posts to Facebook to easily boost your content\u2019s reach. Here\u2019s how to do it.<\/p>\n

For this to work, you\u2019ll first need to link your Facebook and Instagram accounts.<\/p>\n

Open the Instagram app<\/a> on your Android<\/a> smartphone or iPhone,<\/a>\u00a0then tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.<\/p>\n

\"Visit<\/p>\n

Select the three-line menu icon in the top-right corner of the tab to reveal a side menu and head into \u201cSettings.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Enter<\/p>\n

At the bottom, tap the blue link for \u201cAccounts Center.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Visit<\/p>\n

Visit the \u201cAccounts and Profiles\u201d section.<\/p>\n

\"Facebook<\/p>\n

Here, tap \u201cAdd Accounts\u201d and sign in to your Facebook profile.<\/p>\n

\"Add<\/p>\n

Once you\u2019ve authenticated yourself, the Instagram app will ask you whether you\u2019d like to enable \u201cconnected experiences.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Link<\/p>\n

This will let you cross-post content and access other Facebook functionalities, such as Messenger\u2019s instant messaging features, via Instagram. When you do this, you also allow Facebook to club your data from both platforms to personalize ads and suggest new profiles to follow.<\/p>\n

Tap the \u201cContinue\u201d button, then \u201cFinish Setting Up\u201d to proceed.<\/p>\n

\"Set<\/p>\n

Go back to the \u201cAccounts Center\u201d and select \u201cYour Story and Posts.\u201d<\/p>\n

\"Cross<\/p>\n

Under the \u201cAutomatically Share\u201d section, toggle on \u201cYour Instagram Story\u201d to cross-post each one of your future Instagram Stories to Facebook. The \u201cYour Instagram Posts\u201d option enables you to do the same for your grid posts.<\/p>\n

\"Automatically<\/p>\n

Apart from a profile, you can even automatically forward your Instagram stories and posts to a Facebook page\u2019s timeline from the \u201cShare to\u201d menu.<\/p>\n

In addition to this, now you can also message a Facebook friend from Instagram and vice-versa. However, if you\u2019d like to opt-out of this, you do have the option to block Facebook users from pinging you on Instagram.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
