Issues with Android fragmentation are well known and documented, where even the settings menu can vary from device to device.\u00a0Thankfully, many Android manufacturers are now choosing to use the \u201cstock\u201d Android interface (or something similar) for their devices rather than personalizing them with a custom interface.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re unsure which steps to follow, follow the steps for \u201cstock\u201d Android, as they\u2019re likely to match (or closely match) what you\u2019ll see on your device to reach the same end result.<\/p>\n<h2 role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reset_Network_Settings_on_Stock_Android_Devices\"><\/span>Reset Network Settings on Stock Android Devices<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019re using a device that\u2019s running \u201cstock\u201d Android (8.1 Oreo or newer), it means that you\u2019re probably using the Google-issued Android interface (or something very similar) and should follow the steps below to reset your network settings.<\/p>\n<p>Samsung device owners, however, will need to follow the steps in the next section.<\/p>\n<p>To begin resetting your network settings, open the settings menu.
