\nLOS ANGELES, CA \u2013 <\/span> Bay Area rapper Laney Keyz<\/a> thought he was having a relaxing night at home on February 18 until several shots rang off and his Los Angeles residence was riddled with bullet holes. TMZ<\/a> obtained security footage of the incident on Tuesday (March 2) involving three potential suspects.<\/p>\n

The clip shows three men walking up to Keyz\u2019s home and firing off a few rounds of shots before scurrying back from the property. LAPD has found shell casings around the house but still hasn\u2019t connected anyone specifically to the shooting, so no arrests yet.<\/p>\n

TMZ\u2019s sources say Keyz was inside during the shootout but nobody was injured. He\u2019s reportedly moved out and found a new home while keeping a low profile since the shooting. No proper motive can be pinpointed so the entire reason behind the shootout remains a mystery.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t care to be famous at all,\u201d the emerging rapper told SF Weekly<\/em> <\/a>earlier in 2021 with the added attention surrounding his name in the city.<\/p>\n

The Oakland native teamed up with Lil Keed for \u201c360\u201d in January. He also collaborated with Lil Yachty in 2020 on \u201cColorful Shit.\u201d<\/p>\n
