Regulators have shown concern over tracking policies, but Google\u2019s new plans to replace cookies have also sparked pushback. <\/p>\n<p> The company plans to run its web products with \u201cprivacy-preserving APIs,\u201d referring to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lication-programming interfaces, which the company said would respect user privacy \u201cwhile still delivering results for advertisers and publishers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe realize this means other providers may offer a level of user identity for ad tracking across the web that we will not \u2014 like PII [personally identifiable information] graphs based on people\u2019s email addresses,\u201d Google said in the Wednesday blog post. \u201cWe don\u2019t believe these solutions will meet rising consumer expectations for privacy, nor will they stand up to rapidly evolving regulatory restrictions, and therefore aren\u2019t a sustainable long-term investment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Opinion:\u00a0Apple\u2019s privacy changes are affecting more than just <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alphabet shares are little changed in Wednesday morning trading.
