“#Demon Slayer Movie Gets March Release Date In Malaysia<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Malaysian cinema chain Golden Screen Cinemas announced that Demon<\/em> Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba- the Movie: Mugen Train\u00a0<\/i>will screen in Malaysia in March. The general<\/a> screening will begin from March 5, while the fan\u2019s screening will take place on March 6 and 7.<\/span><\/p>\n

GSC will also screen another anime<\/a> movie, the 3DCG Stand By Me Doraemon 2<\/em>, in the same month. The general screening will start from March 5, while the fan screening will be on March 6 only.<\/span><\/p>\n

The announcement comes a few days before the country begins transitioning from the Movement Control Order (MCO) 2.0, which was implemented in January in response to rising COVID-19 cases, to less strict implementations of the measure on March 5. Cinemas were given the green light<\/a> to operate starting from that date.<\/span><\/p>\n

Malaysia was originally supposed to have the fan screening for Mugen Train<\/i> from January 9 to 10, with those dates being the result of postponements themselves. The movie will be a GSC exclusive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mugen Train\u00a0<\/i>premiered in Japan on October 16, 2020 and surpassed Spirited Away as the country\u2019s top-grossing movie in December 2020. The movie recently hit the number one box office spot<\/a> in South Korea and Australia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mugen Train\u00a0<\/i>is a sequel to the 2019 Demon<\/em> Slayer -Kimetsu no Yaiba-\u00a0<\/i>anime. The movie\u00a0<\/i>follows the demon slayers\u00a0Tanjiro Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, and Inosuke Hashibara, as well as Tanjiro\u2019s benevolent demon sister Nezuko, as they board the titular Mugen Train (Infinity Train) on a mission for the Demon Slayer Corps. On the train, they meet the Flame Hashira Kyojuro Rengoku. Unknown to them, the Lower Rank demon Enmu is also onboard and has been assigned to kill Tanjiro.<\/span><\/p>\n

A second season of Demon Slayer<\/em> was announced in February and will premiere this year.<\/span><\/p>\n
