After a year of waiting<\/span><\/a>, more details on the fourth season of the Date A Live<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a> TV anime have finally been revealed on a live-streamed stage at\u00a0KADOKAWA Light Novel Expo 2020. Announced<\/span><\/a> was a broadcast date of October, the lead cast and staff on the newest season, and a teaser visual for the anime, which is based on the popular light novel written by\u00a0Koshi Tachibana<\/strong>\u00a0and illustrated by\u00a0Tsunako<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Jun Nakagawa<\/strong> returns to the series<\/a> at GEEKTOYS after directing the\u00a0Date A Bullet<\/strong><\/em> anime films, with Naoto Nakamura<\/strong> also returning as the character designer, and\u00a0Go Sakabe<\/strong> as the music composer, who also did the music for the first three anime seasons.\u00a0Fumihiko Shimo<\/strong> (Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid<\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/em>) is writing the series compositions. The cast from the first three seasons returns for the fourth season of\u00a0Date A Live<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Three seasons of the\u00a0<\/span>Date A Live<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a>\u00a0TV anime have been broadcast so far, with all the seasons\u00a0currently streaming<\/span><\/a>\u00a0on Crunchyroll. They describe the series as such:<\/p>\n

Ordinary high school boy Shido discovers a mysterious girl at ground zero of a recent spacequake. Shido learns, through his sister Kotori, that the girl is one of the Spirits: mystical creatures responsible for the spacequakes. Shido is recruited to help \u201cseal\u201d the sprits and end their threat to mankind. There\u2019s just one catch: the only way to seal a spirit\u2014is to make her fall in love with you.<\/em><\/p>\n
