However, with a little workaround, you can still do this in Word for Microsoft 365. Here\u2019s how.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to fill your text with an image in Word, you can\u2019t simply type the text and fill it like you could in Word 2010, or even in the latest version of PowerPoint. But you can fill the text of a SmartArt graphic with an image.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED:<\/strong> <strong><em>How to Get a Picture Behind Text in PowerPoint<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>First, open the Word <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>lication. In the \u201cIllustrations\u201d group of the \u201cInsert\u201d tab, click \u201cSmartArt.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-707613\" src=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/SmartArt-option.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"433\" height=\"189\" onload=\"pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\" onerror=\"this.onerror=null;pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The \u201cChoose a SmartArt Graphic\u201d window will appear. In the left-hand pane, choose an option that provides a type of SmartArt graphic that you can type text within. We\u2019ll use the \u201cBasic Block List\u201d SmartArt graphic.
