Luckily, there\u2019s a feature called Quick Analysis that can create charts, tables, and more with just a click.<\/p>\n<p>First, we\u2019ll make a chart in order to understand our data better. In this example, this is a table of the types of drinks purchased at a fictional restaurant. To get started, we\u2019ll select the cells we want to group by clicking and dragging.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-716125\" src=\"https:\/\/www.howtogeek.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/select.png\" alt=\"select data\" width=\"650\" height=\"300\" onload=\"pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\" onerror=\"this.onerror=null;pagespeed.lazyLoadImages.loadIfVisibleAndMaybeBeacon(this);\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Next, click the small \u201cQuick Analysis\u201d icon.
