The stock was owned by a Grantor Retained Annuity Trust, of which Yuan and his wife are co-trustees, according to the filing late on Friday.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Zoom Video Communications<br \/>\n        ZM,<br \/>\n        <bg-quote field=\"percentchange\" format=\"0,000.00%\" channel=\"\/zigman2\/quotes\/211319643\/composite\" class=\"negative\">-7.85%<\/bg-quote><br \/>\n       stock has almost <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/trip-and-travel\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"10\" title=\"Trip &amp; Travel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">trip<\/a>led in the past year amid the COVID-19 pandemic, which has caused a surge in demand for its platform.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s adjusted profits soared to nearly $1 billion \u2014 $995.7 million \u2014 in 2020, compared with $101.3 million in 2019, while revenue grew by $2 billion to $2.65 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Zoom expects growth to continue at a slower pace in 2020 but Yuan said there was still a place for the company\u2019s platform once people return to work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCustomers have come to us because of trust, the product is reliable, and easy to use,\u201d Yuan said. As some workers return to <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">social<\/a>ly-distanced offices, he said, companies will continue to look for such options as virtual reception and teleconferences.<\/p>\n<p>The stock, which tumbled close to 8% on Monday, was 3.2% higher in premarket trading early on Tuesday. <\/p>\n<p>Markets.com analyst Neil Wilson noted Yuan\u2019s stock transfer and the fact that Zoom is now worth around half of what it was at the peak in October, adding that another work-from-home name, DocuSign, was also now a down a third from its all-time high.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are two things at work here \u2014 first is the reopening and expectations people won\u2019t be so reliant on WFH [working-from-home] as last year.
