Ridley Scott<\/strong>\u2018s\u00a0House of Gucci<\/em><\/strong> is now filming in Italy, and set pics being taken by onlookers were being leaked online on Monday. The solution: fight fire with fire by releasing an official image from the film. The image comes courtesy<\/a> of star Lady Gaga<\/strong> and shows Gaga and fellow co-star Adam Driver<\/strong> in costume, posing in front of some picturesque mountains. It looks like a vacation pic from a very good-looking couple. See the full\u00a0House of Gucci<\/em> first look below.<\/p>\n

Here is a very happ<\/a>y Adam Driver and a very chic Lady Gaga posing in between takes on\u00a0House of Gucci<\/em>, the latest film from the always-busy Ridley Scott. The film is based on the true story of\u00a0Patrizia Reggiani, who was tried and convicted of orchestrating the murder of her ex-husband Maurizio Gucci, former head of the Gucci fashion house. Gaga is playing Reggiani, while Driver is Gucci. So, uh\u2026spoilers for Driver\u2019s character, I guess! Here\u2019s an image of the real people they\u2019re playing.<\/p>\n

The stacked cast also includes\u00a0Al Pacino<\/strong> as Aldo Gucci, Jared Leto<\/strong> as Paolo Gucci, Jeremy Irons<\/strong> as Rodolfo Gucci, and Camille Cottin<\/strong> as Paola Franchi. Jack Huston<\/strong> and Reeve Carney<\/strong> are also on board.\u00a0Roberto Bentivegna<\/strong> wrote the script, based on the book of the same name by\u00a0Sara Gay Forden. Here\u2019s the book\u2019s synopsis:<\/p>\n

On March 27, 1995, Maurizio Gucci, heir to the fabulous fashion dynasty, was slain by an unknown gunman as he approached his Milan office. In 1998, his ex-wife Patrizia Reggiani Martinelli \u2013 nicknamed \u201cThe Black Widow\u201d by the press \u2013 was sentenced to 29 years in prison, for arranging his murder.
\nDid Patrizia murder her ex-husband because his spending was wildly out of control? Did she do it because her glamorous ex was preparing to marry his mistress, Paola Franchi? Or is there a possibility she didn\u2019t do it at all?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

House of Gucci<\/em> is one of several upcoming Ridley Scott pics. Late last year he wrapped filming on the historical epic\u00a0The Last Duel<\/em>, which also stars Driver. It\u2019s currently scheduled to open on\u00a0October 15, 2021. And after he gets done with\u00a0House of Gucci<\/em>, Scott will move on to\u00a0Kitbag<\/em>, a movie about Napoleon that stars Joaquin Phoenix. He also keeps talking about making more\u00a0Alien<\/em> movies<\/a>, so who knows, that might happen too. In short, Ridley Scott is keeping busy.<\/p>\n

House of Gucci<\/em> is set to open on\u00a0November 24, 2021<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
