business<\/strong>&#8221;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Nike honchos faulted a former executive whose son runs a sneaker-flipping business for showing \u201cpoor judgment\u201d before she resigned even though she didn\u2019t violate any company policies, a new report said.<\/p>\n<p>Nike CEO John Donahoe and president Heidi O\u2019Neill revealed more details about the departure of ex-VP Ann Hebert to employees earlier this week, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.complex.com\/sneakers\/nike-ceo-john-donahoe-reselling-scandal-ann-hebert-joe-west-coast-streetwear\">according to Complex<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Hebert ended her 25-year career with Nike last week after Bloomberg Businessweek found that her son, Joe Hebert, was behind West Coast Streetwear, which buys coveted sneakers from Nike and other brands and then resells them online.<\/p>\n<p>Donahoe addressed the shakeup in a company meeting on Monday, saying the revelation had affected Nike\u2019s reputation with launch product,\u201d Donahoe reportedly said.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Neill, who oversees Nike\u2019s consumer and marketplace division, said the company launched an internal probe of Hebert\u2019s relationship with her son\u2019s business after getting a <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/social-mediaa\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"1\" title=\"Social Media\" Nicholson\/Reuters<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>The review determined Hebert had not \u201cexplicitly violated company policies,\u201d O\u2019Neill reportedly said, adding that Hebert first disclosed what her son was up to in 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Hebert also checked in with her previous boss as her son\u2019s business grew, but she did not give O\u2019Neill sufficient updates after she took over as Hebert\u2019s manager, according to Complex.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo be clear, we believe that Ann demonstrated poor judgment.
