The owner of the dating app Bumble said Wednesday it expects a higher demand from people who avoided dating in person because of the COVID-19 pandemic, and an increase in revenue in the fourth quarter, according to a report. <\/p>\n

The Texas-based Bumble Inc. predicts the quarter revenue to be in the range of $163 million and $165 million, according to Reuters. <\/p>\n

The company said it will focus on expanding its friendship product Bumble BFF since friendships and platonic relationships could create more opportunities moving forward, Reuters reported. <\/p>\n

Bumble reported it has an average of 5.5 monthly active users and 2.2 million downloads in the US alone.\n <\/p><\/div>\n
