At Grace Church School, we use inclusive language that reflects this diversity. It\u2019s important to refrain from making assumptions about who kids live with, who cares for them, whether they sleep in the same place every night, whether they see their parents, etc.,\u201d the guide reads. <\/p>\n<p>The document also states how to use <a href=\"https:\/\/buradabiliyorum.com\/en\/category\/download-scripts-themes-apps\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"9\" title=\"Download Scripts &amp; Themes &amp; Apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">app<\/a>ropriate terms relating to gender, sexual orientation, race, and ethnicity. <\/p>\n<p>Instead of asking a person, \u201cWhat are you? Where are you from?\u201d the correct response should be, \u201cWhat is your cultural\/ethnic background? Where are your ancestors\/is your family from?\u201d according to Grace\u2019s guide. <\/p>\n<p>    <iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"wpcom-iframe-5a6f84ffc52ef4b141371fe9151c7d79\" width=\"\" height=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/embeds.nypost.com\/protected-iframe\/5a6f84ffc52ef4b141371fe9151c7d79\" scrolling=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" class=\"\"><br \/>\n    <\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The school defended the guide, <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.city-journal.org\/the-miseducation-of-americas-elites\">telling City Journal <\/a>its goal is \u201cpromote a sense of belonging for all of our students.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGrace is an Episcopal school. As part of our Episcopal identity, we recognize the dignity and worth common to humanity,\u201d Rev.
