It\u2019s not totally \u201cMission: Impossible\u201d to live like Tom Cruise. All you need is $39.5 million!<\/p>\n

The longtime actor, known for his roles in \u201cTop Gun\u201d and \u201cJerry Maguire,\u201d has listed his Colorado estate<\/a> for that mighty price, the listing brokerage told The Post \u2014 marking the first time the property is publicly available for sale.<\/p>\n

The Wall Street Journal, which first broke news<\/a> of the listing, reported that Cruise, 58, first tapp<\/a>ed a broker seven years ago to market the Telluride spread for $59 million, though it was done under hush-hush circumstances.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not sure [Cruise] was ready to sell it yet,\u201d listing agent Eric Lavey, of LIV Sotheby\u2019s International Realty \u2014 who\u2019s listing the estate with Dan Dockray \u2014 told the WSJ.<\/p>\n

Cruise\u2019s property spans 320 acres \u2014 and nestled in the mountains, is built for privacy. Cruise reportedly spent several years designing the stone-and-cedar home, and completed it in 1994.<\/p>\n
