Uh-oh, what did Special Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon<\/a>) do to land himself on the other side of the law? Turns out, it\u2019 involves a case that will tug at your heartstrings.<\/p>\n

The promo for the March 16 episode of NCIS<\/em><\/a>, \u201cWatchdog,\u201d begins with someone arrested for aggravated assault. And app<\/a>arently NCIS Inspector General<\/a> Eugene Coyle (Hugo Armstrong) is back \u2014 he was last seen in Season 11\u2019s \u201cDressed to Kill\u201d \u2014 and he\u2019s going to take Gibbs into custody. Gibbs, at least, is cuffed in video\u2019s final moments.<\/p>\n

\u201cTell the truth,\u201d Gibbs tells his team prior to that.<\/p>\n

But what, exactly, is going on? According to the episode\u2019s logline, \u201cNCIS uncovers a secret dogfighting ring, which leads to an unexpected move by one of the team members.\u201d And in the promo, a doctor hopes \u201csomeone pays for this.\u201d Is that what Gibbs did? Or could he be covering for one of his agents?<\/p>\n
