“#Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion perform ‘WAP’ at 2021 Grammys<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

Cardi B channeled her strip<\/a>per past with some sexy pole dancing at the 2021 Grammys.<\/p>\n

The 28-year-old, along with Megan Thee Stallion, 26, oozed sexiness onstage Sunday as they performed \u201cWAP\u201d for the first time together ever.<\/p>\n

After Megan Thee Stallion warmed up the stage with \u201cSavage\u201d \u2014 and some tap dancers pulling Nicholas Brothers moves down a flight of stairs \u2014 Cardi came out and things got really hot as she sang \u201cUp.\u201d<\/p>\n

But things got really X-rated when the pair broke out into \u201cWAP\u201d as Cardi and Megan writhed, twerked and grinded together on a huge bed.<\/p>\n

It seems everyone can\u2019t get enough of \u201cWAP,\u201d which was released in August and even became its own internet phenom, with dance challenges. (Just don\u2019t expect her daughter Kulture to know the words, since the 2-year-old has yet to hear it.)<\/p>\n

However, the earworm was not nominated for a Grammy this year \u2014 a decision made by Cardi and her label<\/a>, Atlantic Records, so it can be submitted next year as part of her next album.<\/p>\n

In February, she followed up with a new single, \u201cUp,\u201d with a video full of twerking, tongue kissing and sexy looks.<\/p>\n

But beyond her Grammy performance, Cardi has something big to celebrate, too. Last week, her major label debut single \u201cBodak Yellow\u201d was certified diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America<\/a>. This honor \u2014 which signifies 10 million units (either a digital song sale or 150 on-demand audio and\/or video streams) moved \u2014 means she\u2019s the first female rapp<\/a>er to achieve a diamond single award, according to the RIAA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, \u201cWAP\u201d was also certified 5x platinum last week \u2014 and Cardi thanked her Bardi Gang.<\/p>\n

\u201cI just want to say thank you guys so much because without you guys, it wouldn\u2019t have happened,\u201d she said in a video<\/a>. \u201cIt really made my day. And it really uplifted me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Something that didn\u2019t quite uplift Cardi? E!\u2019s upcoming \u201cTrue Hollywood Story\u201d episode, which she distanced herself from on Twitter<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love E! And I always been grateful for all the love but I did not approve of the E Hollywood story,\u201d\u00a0she wrote<\/a> about the episode, which airs Monday, March 15. \u201cMy life is my story. How can someone tell my story without asking me?\u201d<\/p>\n

However, she did tease a possible Cardi B biopic for the future \u2014 which won\u2019t surprise many fans, as she\u2019s been open about her past life as a stripper and transparent about plastic surgery<\/a>, body image and other \u201ctaboo\u201d topics.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would love to tell my story myself when I\u2019m ready,\u201d\u00a0she wrote<\/a>. \u201cI been thru & been influenced by a lot of bad sh-t since a teenager That when I\u2019m ready I will like to talk about.\u201d<\/p>\n

Biopic or not, we\u2019re sure to hear more from Cardi soon. She recently tweeted that we can expect a new album in the coming months.<\/p>\n
