“#Watch DaBaby and Roddy Ricch Perform \u201cROCKSTAR\u201d at Grammys 2021<\/strong>”<\/p>\n

DaBaby performed his song \u201cROCKSTAR\u201d with Roddy Ricch tonight at the 2021 Grammys. The pair were joined by a full choir and a violin player for a stirring version of the hit single. Watch the duo deliver the newly-arranged version (complete with additional verses) of their Blame It on Baby<\/em> collaboration below.<\/p>\n

According to the Associated Press<\/em><\/a>, DaBaby says he added a third verse with a special message to his performance of \u201cRockstar,\u201d which he feels is \u201cgoing to touch everybody,\u201d as the AP reports.<\/p>\n

After \u201cSuge\u201d picked up nominations last year for Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song, DaBaby was nominated four times this year. \u201cRockstar\u201d is up for Record of the Year, nominated alongside Beyonc\u00e9, Post Malone, Doja Cat, Megan Thee Stallion, Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, and Black Pumas. It was also nominated for Best Melodic Rap Performance and Best Rap Song. \u201cBop,\u201d from 2019\u2019s KIRK<\/em>, was also nominated for Best Rap Performance.<\/p>\n

Ricch picked up six nominations at this year\u2019s Grammy Awards. His hit \u201cThe Box\u201d is nominated for Song of the Year in a category with Beyonc\u00e9, Billie Eilish, Post Malone, Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, H.E.R., and JP Saxe with Julia Michaels. The song from his album Please Excuse Me for Being Antisocial<\/a><\/em> was also nominated for Best Melodic Rap Performance and Best Rap Song against \u201cRockstar.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n
